Compliance & Documentation

All recoveries are conducted under structured aviation asset recovery procedures to ensure controlled handling, documented chain of custody, and compliant final disposition of aircraft engines and landing gear assemblies.

Standard recovery protocol includes:

• documented chain-of-custody tracking

• controlled handling during pickup and transport

• licensed metal recovery processing

• A&P-supervised teardown when applicable

• material segregation for responsible recycling

• Certificate of Destruction or Asset Transfer documentation issued upon completion

All assets are accepted based on verification of ownership or authorization from the releasing party.

❓Quick FAQ

Do I need to provide paperwork?

No. We handle all internal documentation and issue a Certificate of Destruction or Asset Transfer documentation upon completion.

How are pickups scheduled?

Pickups are conducted on scheduled pickup days to ensure safe handling, efficient logistics, and consistent processing.

Once your submission is approved, our team will coordinate the next available pickup window based on location and engine size.

Expedited or off-schedule pickups are not part of the pilot program.

Do you offer same-day or emergency pickups?
No. This program operates on scheduled pickup windows only. This ensures proper coordination, liability control, and predictable processing outcomes

How long does the process take?
Most recoveries are scheduled within 3–7 days of submission approval depending on location and logistics. After pickup, documentation is typically issued within   3-5 business days.

  • Certificate of Destruction is issued once recycling processing is completed.

  • Asset Transfer documentation is issued when an engine or core is routed for parts recovery or secondary market disposition. Processing time may vary depending on asset condition, transport distance, and documentation requirements.

All assets remain documented through our internal chain-of-custody tracking until final disposition.

Is the engine or parts safe during transport?

Yes. All materials are securely handled and tracked through our internal chain of custody from pickup to completion.

Will I get proof of recycling or destruction?

Absolutely. Engine cores routed for recycling receive a Certificate of Destruction. Engines retained for parts recovery or resale receive asset transfer documentation.
